Capacity Building for Nurses in Hospitals

Nurses in carrying out their duties require an increase ability, expertise, and skills health care tasks to meet the level of patient satisfaction. The purpose this study is analyze capacity development nurses hospitals. researcher uses qualitative research whose data sources used are primary secondary sources. collected by observations, interviews, document studies. Data analysis descriptive through interpretation deep meaning simplifying data, presenting making conclusions, validating triangulation data. results showed that process developing nurse has been carried changing systems integrated building patterns in-house training; determining factors as follows; leadership; commitment; culture; spiritual; technology. Later conclude strategy increasing services can be realized education training based on spiritual technological aspects
